Tier 1 Managed Internet This service receives priority over residential and basic business customers between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. It is designed to handle normal e-mail and Internet traffic and may not meet the requirements for VPN's and VoIP calls.
Tier 2 Managed Internet This service has a higher sustained rate than Tier 1 and would include the features, graphs, and reporting listed below. This service will be prioritized over residential, basic business, and Tier 1 users.
