FREE Phone Service
Federal Lifeline and Linkup Programs from Interior and Mukluk Telephone
Please note: Effective July 1, 2012, TelAlaska's monthly charge of $1 for Lifeline services has been reduced to $0. If you currently participate in TelAlaska's Lifeline program and do not subscribe to any other services you will not receive a bill in July due to the zero balance. We are making changes to our billing system to ensure that in the future you still receive a statement for Lifeline services if your balance is zero. Thank you for your patience as we implement these changes to our Lifeline program.
If you participate in one of the following programs, you may be eligible to receive basic local telephone at no cost to you. Lifeline is a government assistance program and documentation from one of these services is required for enrollment.
